Region 3 Elections

On April 6, 2013, members of the OPSEU Region 3 Executive Board, the three provincial equity committees members and their alternates were elected at the meeting held the Delta Hotel in Markham. 

Elections for OPSEU President and 1st Vice-President/Treasurer will take place at the OPSEU Convention on April 26. Current President Smokey Thomas and Vice-President Eddy Almedia are both running again.

The new Executive Board will be sworn in and begin their term at the close of the Convention on April 27 and will be in place for the 2013-2015.
