Update... As
per the joint communication today, the parties were unable to reach an agreement
through the conciliation process and have requested a "No Board"
report. The
parties remain committed to working diligently towards a deal. Updates will be
provided as we work through this next phase. We
wish to thank our members for your continued support and a special thanks to the
Bargaining Team your continued efforts and dedication to reach a fair deal for
