IMPORTANT BULLETIN on
Bargaining TO ALL OPSEU MEMBERS OF
LOCAL 331 The Bargaining Team would like to advise all members that the arbitration award was received by the Union and Management on Thursday December 21, 2017. The process is now complete with a third party issuing a decision on outstanding matters. There will be a special meeting for OPSEU members later in January and your executive will be forwarding a notice with specifics of time and location. The Union has been advised that the details of the amendments to the Collective Agreement will be shared with all of the management of Ontario Shores in early January. The award is enclosed with this bulletin

More extensive and expanded information
on ALL the amendments will be followed after the holidays and discussed at the
meeting. The bargaining team would like to express their sincere thank you for the support and patience that has been evident during this process. We encourage as many as possible to attend the upcoming special meeting in January to hear a full presentation on all the amendments to your collective agreement. Details and answers to questions you may have will be addressed then.
