Bargaining Update...

This bulletin is to provide an up-date on bargaining for Local 331 members.

As per the joint communication on September 29, 2017, the parties were unable to reach an agreement through the conciliation process and have requested a "No Board" report.

The parties just confirmed December 14, 2017 for Mediation. If the parties are not able to reach an agreement, we will move to Arbitration.

The parties remain committed to working diligently towards a deal. Details of negotiations are confidential and updates will be provided as we work through this next phase.

We wish to thank our members for your continued support. Your elected  bargaining team is working extremely hard on your behalf to reach a fair deal for our members.
