Attendance Support Program There have been rumors your Local Executives are in agreement with the Employer Attendance Support Program and the related policies. We would like to clarify there is NO agreement made on the subject. Your local Executives is aware of the change and has consulted with our Staff Rep. and Grievance Officer. Management has the right to manage and develop reasonable rules to direct the workforce. If individual found the rules are unreasonably applied to their circumstances, please contact your Union Office ASAP.
